As a Co-Founder of WEP, Leo is primarily responsible for overall program structure, legal and regulatory compliance, international partnerships, and communication with parents and partner organisations. He is committed to integrating Australia’s strong governance standards, Japan’s disciplined and high-performance youth football systems, and the educational values of families across Asia, to create meaningful and high-quality development pathways for talented young players.

Outside of work, Leo is also a father, which gives him a deep understanding of the concerns and expectations parents have when their children participate in overseas football programs. In his personal time, Leo enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is a lifelong supporter of Shanghai Shenhua Football Club, reflecting his enduring passion for the game of football.
