World Elite Program (WEP) is pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Fuẞball Coaching Academy (FCA).
Through this partnership, WEP and FCA will collaborate to plan and deliver high-quality football study abroad programs in Australia, Germany, and Japan football tours and camps for football associations, academies, and teams. By combining both organizations’ expertise, coaching philosophy, and extensive international networks, we aim to provide a practical, elite-level development environment while ensuring safe, reliable, and well-structured international programs for players and coaches.
This partnership represents a shared commitment to developing football talent globally and creating meaningful international pathways for the next generation.
About Fuẞball Coaching Academy
Founder: Keita Tsuchiya
Born in 1978 in Shimizu, Shizuoka, Japan, Keita Tsuchiya graduated from Shimizu Higashi High School and Shinshu University. He holds a German Football Association A License (UEFA A Level) and has extensive international playing and coaching experience, including 7 years in Germany and 1 year in the Czech Republic.
After returning to Japan in 2009, he has coached players across all age groups—from youth to adults and has served in various elite roles, including:
Coach at FC Schalke 04 Soccer School
Staff member for Berlin Select Teams
Support staff for the German National Team at the Tokyo Olympic Games
In addition to team coaching and coach education in Japan, he is the author of three published books on football development. Known for his exceptional game insight, he has earned the nickname “The Prophet,” as his tactical observations frequently materialize during matches.
